Prior to the appointment :

Before meeting us, we have a telephone exchange, where we explain how the method works. Then you fill out a questionnaire at home.

We thus get to know you and identify your eating habits to better prepare our first meeting..

Then we meet for the first interview :

I explain how to apply the Chataigner method and how to adapt it to your lifestyle. I give you slimming tips that facilitate weight loss. We then have a nutritherapy session. Finally, you relax during your first hypnosis session.

After this first meeting of 2 hours, you can start to take your new eating habits. A written summary is given to you as well as an audio recording of your hypnosis session to listen to quietly at home.

You are registered on the Chataigner method private group where you can ask all your questions and where you will find support, mutual aid and lots of recipes.

Second session :

This second session will allow us to analyze and update your new eating habits.. We will then carry out a second hypnosis session according to your needs..

Next appointments

We meet then 1 or 2 times, according to your needs and desires. We take stock of your new eating habits. Each session ends with a different hypnosis session.

I remain at your disposal (SMS, mail, phone) for all questions between sessions and until reaching your goal.

We can do the sessions of your choice:

• at your home
