Lille DPE Diagnosis

DPE: energy performance diagnosis Nord Pas de Calais (59,62)

Since 01/09/2006, an energy performance diagnosis must be established when selling or renting any building : individual house, apartment , local ou bâtiment tertiaire (bureau, commerce…).

 

The DPE must be annexed to the sales agreement or the rental contract and be presented as soon as the property is put up for sale..

 

The DPE makes it possible to inform the purchaser or the tenant on the energy consumption of the housing but also on its greenhouse gas emissions. It therefore includes two results :

  1. the energy label which reveals the annual consumption of the good : A for a consumption lower than 51 kilowatt-hours / m²) and G for consumption greater than 450 kilowatt-hours / m².
  2. the climate label which indicates the impact of this consumption in CO₂ of A greenhouse gas emissions for an emission of less than 6 kilos carbon / m² at G for more than 80 kilos carbone/m².

2 méthodes de calcul pour le DPE :

1°) on average real consumption on 3 années d’occupation

2°) on conventional consumption assessed with the calculation method approved by the Ministry of Housing .

 

The Energy performance diagnostic permet dprovide information on the thermal characteristics of the property and its equipment, on its energy consumption ; to raise awareness of the fight against greenhouse gas emissions, by "energy and climate labels" which will classify the property according to a scale; and D’encourage work to save energy, thanks to recommendations.

Le rapport de Energy performance diagnostic door, in addition to the exceptions of article R134-1 of the Construction and Housing Code, on all enclosed and covered buildings offered for sale.

 

Moreover, il a la particularité dans le cadre de ces recommandations de provide information on the estimated cost of the work, the savings generated by this work and the estimated return on investment.

 

The validity of the diagnosis is 10 years.

Le rapport de Energy performance diagnostic concerne les constructions de bâtiments ou of a building extension for which the building permit was filed after 30 June 2007.
